Hari Shetty, co-founder and CEO of iPolipo, Inc., an emerging leader in the automated online scheduling of business meetings, will speak Wednesday, August 1, 2007 at the AlwaysOn Stanford Summit on the campus of Stanford University. The Stanford Summit is an executive gathering that features the most innovative companies, eminent technologists, influential investors and journalists in various presentations designed to identify the most promising opportunities and investments in the global tech industry. Mr. Shetty will present at the Web Services CEO showcase on Wednesday at 9:00 AM PDT at Stanford's Fisher Center, where he will discuss the powerful business impact of iPolipo's ability to streamline the meeting scheduling process with selective, secure online calendar sharing.
The hosted iPolipo application enables the subscriber to assign "available" time slots in his Microsoft Outlook™ calendar to selected contacts, who are then invited to access that part of the subscriber's calendar and reserve a time slot with a single click. An automated notification is generated to both parties, and the subscriber's Outlook is immediately updated with the meeting appointment. Calendar privacy is protected because the invitee sees only the time slots designated by the subscriber. Professionals in multiple industries who have typically exchanged up to seven voicemails/e-mails to arrange one meeting - wasting two to three hours a week in the process - are already attesting to the value of sharing their calendars with selected colleagues and clients to make scheduling far more efficient.
"iPolipo is a breakthrough technology for legal professionals whose days are jammed with meetings and conference calls, and that's most of us," said Dennis Kennedy, well-known legal technology expert, blogger and practicing lawyer. "No one likes the back-and-forth of trying to find open times to schedule a meeting or call, which sometimes takes longer than the meeting itself. Automating the scheduling process for those meetings saves time and money, not to mention your sanity. iPolipo lets you open up and selectively share just the parts of your calendar you need to, by invitation only. It's great to handle invitations, time selections and confirmations simply by clicking your mouse."
iPolipo is also announcing its Summer Release (version 2.2), which has added three powerful enhancements to the original iPolipo application:
"These are enhancements our customers have requested, and we're excited to be able to deliver them so quickly through our Summer Release," said Mr. Shetty. "I look forward to the opportunity to share the iPolipo story with the audience at the Stanford Summit."

"I work with clients all over the world, and Jiffle is the only system I've found that is easy to use, cost-effective and allows my clients and me to connect without wasting any time whatsoever--theirs or mine. With Jiffle, I spend less than 60 minutes setting up a full month of appointments in advance, which saves me at least an hour a day over the course of that month. That's tremendously valuable to a small business owner. And Jiffle delivers additional business value in terms of client satisfaction, because my clients love the application as much as I do--they even use Jiffle as a verb, as in 'Can I Jiffle you?'"
