FAQs

What is Jiffle?

Jiffle is a web-based service that enables selective and secure sharing of your MS Outlook Calendar to streamline the often-onerous process of scheduling meetings. Your contacts can view your and request a meeting in the appropriate Available time slot, saving time and reducing costs.

How does Jiffle work?

Jiffle allows a subscriber to mark Available calendar time slots and share them with selected and invited contacts. Contacts view the invitation, login to Jiffle and then choose their preferred time slots from the ones assigned to them. An automated email is generated to inform the subscriber of the meeting request, and the subscriber's acceptance is followed by an automatic confirmation e-mail to both participants.

Why should I use Jiffle?

On average, it takes seven e-mails/voice mails to arrange one meeting, and a typical business person can spend over 100 hours every year just scheduling meetings. Jiffle makes the scheduling process quick and simple, giving business professionals more time for revenue-producing activities and enhancing client relationships.

How will I benefit from Jiffle?

By streamlining the scheduling process for your meetings or appointments, Jiffle saves time, makes you more productive, enhances your relationships with valued clients, reduces or eliminates business opportunity costs and protects your privacy. For more on Jiffle's benefits, click here.

Who can view my calendar, and how is my privacy protected?

Only the contacts you authorize and invite will be able to view your calendar, and they will be able to view only the Available dates and times you select. All other information on your calendar remains inaccessible and completely safe. You maintain full control over what information you share and with whom you share it.

How much does Jiffle cost?

Jiffle is free for up to 10 meeting confirmations per month. To get unlimited meeting confirmations check out our Jiffle Plus plan or get professional with Jiffle Pro or Corporate. Jiffle Pro includes the ability to brand your calendar page with your logo and has no advertising on your calendar page.

How is Jiffle different for Subscriber and Contacts?

Jiffle subscribers can share their calendars with selected contacts, but contacts only have the power to view the calendars of selecting subscribers.

How do I invite my contacts to view my calendar?

You can invite your contacts directly from Jiffle or MS Outlook using the Jiffle Toolbar allowing them to view your calendar. You can share a particular window of time with a contact through an invitation or you can simply send them a link to your Jiffle calendar in an email.

What do your contacts need to use Jiffle?

"I work with clients all over the world, and Jiffle is the only system I've found that is easy to use, cost-effective and allows my clients and me to connect without wasting any time whatsoever--theirs or mine. With Jiffle, I spend less than 60 minutes setting up a full month of appointments in advance, which saves me at least an hour a day over the course of that month. That's tremendously valuable to a small business owner. And Jiffle delivers additional business value in terms of client satisfaction, because my clients love the application as much as I do--they even use Jiffle as a verb, as in 'Can I Jiffle you?'"
